How to use the cable tie for playground installation ?
Cable tie ,also called the zip tie ,is an important component for playground installation .It’s used to fasten the soft padding which wrapped around the foam cover to be secured with blunt end inserted into the head and pulled tight to secure.
The cable tie there’s two side ,one side is smooth ,another side is tooth with a small blade which used to fix the tie tight .When use the cable tie to fix the foam pipe ,use the tooth side bent towards to the inside which is the pointed end inserted into the mouth head ,until the circle pulling tight to the foam cover .Then cut the longer extra part which useless .
When use the cable tie to pull tight the foam cover ,each one should keep 20-30cm distance ,and then fix another tie ,which will make the whole installation looking more attractive.
